Expedition  Type:

Extremely exciting Wildlife Expedition in Southern Africa for multi-discipline scientists and students.
This expedition opens to wildlife enthusiasts and conservationists too.

What's special of this expedition?

This is the finest quality camping safari and it was featured in the November 1995 edition of National Geographic's "Traveler" magazine. It offers guests a great balance between comfortable camping and staying in classic, permanent tented camps with en-suite facilities. Many nights are spent in private concessions far from others in superb game country.

The whole of northern Botswana is explored, sometimes by vehicle and sometimes by air. We have regular departures and the group size is restricted to eight guests. One guide and a hostess stays with the group throughout and the staff handle all chores.

The Expedition Operator:
Taga Safaris - <P O Box 3208 Parklands Johannesburg, Gauteng 2121, South Africa> - A high quality Travel Agency of South Africa
1994 at the same time as Nelson Mandela became the President of the newly elected Democratic Republic of South Africa. Taga Safaris is run by wildlife enthusiasts and its safaris have been very successful.  The company has been a member of SATSA (South African Tourism Services Association) the governing body for tourism.
