Singye  Glacier (Teram Kangri Glacier)

Singye means "it's difficult to be cut". Singye Glacier originates Teram Kangri Peak of Karakorum Range. The terminus of Singye Glacier is 4.5500m. The Glacier blocked the Keleqin River Valley many times resulting in the formation of glacial lakes. It was one of the main sources for the glacier lake outburst floods in the Yarkant River.

Syngye Glacier has a rich growth of ice pinnacles forest from its terminus upward to 5,000 - 5,200m, with a horizontal distance of 11 km.
