Itinerary:

Day 1  (Mon.) Arrive Bangkok  Meet & greet at Bangkok international airport and private transfer to the Hotel.
At leisure
Overnight at  Montien Suriwong Hotel*** or other 3-4 stars hotel.
Day 2 (Tues.) Bangkok Tour:  

 

City & Temples Tour (The Grand Palace etc)
At leisure
Overnight at  Bangkok Hotel.
Day 3 (Wed.) Bangkok, free at leisure Optional short term tours available.
 Overnight at Bangkok Hotel.  
Day 4 (Thurs.) Bangkok - Ayutthaya - Lopburi - Pitsanuloke:
Depart from Bangkok to Ayuthaya (By Car), the former capital of Thailand. The principal sights are the gigantic bronze statues of  Wat Mongkol  Borpitr,
 the three ancient pagodas   at Wat Phra Sri Sanpetch and Wat Pranangcherng.
Continue via Saraburi to visit Phra Buddha Badh with its shrine of the
holy  footprint of Lord Buddha.
Proceed to Lopburi for lunch. 
Visit to the Prang
 Sam Yod  (Sacred Three Spired Pagoda), the ruins of Wat  Phra  Sri Ratana
Maha Dhat and the Monkey Temple.
Proceed to Phitsanuloke 
Overnight at AMARIN LAGOON  HOTEL.
Day 5 (Fri.) Pitsanuloke-Sukothai-Sri Satchanalai-Lampang:
Visit Wat Maha Dhat with its revered Buddha statue, Phra Buddha Jinaraj.
Depart for Sukhothai, visit to the famous ruins of this  first
 capital  of Thailand(1257-1379).
See  Wat Maha Dhat, Wat Sra Sri and Wat
Sri  Chum.
Lunch at a local restaurant.
Continue to Sri Satchanalai, the
northern  outpost town of the Kingdom of Sukhothai,built  by
 King Ramkamhaeng.
Visit Wat Chang Lom,  Wat Jedi Jet Thaew,  Wat Nang Phya
 and Wat Phra  Sri  Ratana  Maha  Dhat which stands on the site of the
Khmer  fort called "Chalieng"
Proceed to Lampang
Overnight at LAMPANG RIVER
 LODGE.
Day 6 (Sat.) 

 

Lampang-Phayao-Chiang Rai (By Car)
Drive to Ko  Kah to  see Wat Phra Dhat Lampang Luang housing the
only  Emerald Buddha besides the one at Wat Phra Keo in Bangkok.
Depart for
Phayao, a unique rural town and once  the  princely state whose former
glory will be seen at Wat Sri Kom Kam.
Proceed to Chiang Rai and lunch at a
local  restaurant.
Continue to Chiang Saen, the former capital of the  first Thai
Kingdom, situated directly on  the  Mekong River at  the border between
Thailand and Laos.
Visit  Wat  Phra Dhat Jom Kitti  by climbing up 383
steps  to the top of the hill, Wat Chedi Luang and the small museum nearby.
Take a
boat trip upriver on the Mekong towards the Golden Triangle where  the
 borders of Thailand, Myanmar and Laos convene.
 Continue to Mae Sai, the
 northernmost Thai town on the border to Myanmar, walking around the local
 market  with opportunity for shopping.
Return to Chiang Rai
Overnight at RIMKOK RESORT.
Day 7 (Sun.)

 

Chiang Rai:
Depart for Mae  Chan to  visit the hilltribe community development center. 
Then  continue  uphill to the Akha village of Ko Saen Chai and a
Yao hilltribe settlement nearby. 
Lunch at a local restaurant.
overnight at Rimkok Resort
Day 8 (Mon.)

 

Chiang Rai - Chiang Mai:
Depart Chiang Rai towards Chiang Mai. En route stop at Wieng Doi
 Cotage to visit a hot spring.
Arrive Chiang Mai, lunch at a local restauran
continue to visit of the Handicraft village of San Kamphaeng. See the manufacturing of lacquerware, The spinning and weaving of Thai Silk and how paper
 Umbreallas are made.
Also visit a famous Thai wood carving factory with
 possibility to buy Burmese antiques.
Kantoke Dinner Enjoy  a  typical Thai Dinner with
presentation of ancient dances from  northern Thailand, followed by a performance of
 dances and songs by various hilltribes.
Overnight at the Chiang Mai Plaza Hotel
Day 9 (Tues.)

 

Chiang Mai:
Visit Wat Doi  Suthep, tucked away in the mountains at an elevation
 1,056 meters, the temple is reached by a staircase with 290 steps, flanked by a
 NAGA balustrade on either side. 
The monastery was built by King Gue-Na in
 1383. The  center is a  big Chedi (spired pagoda) which contains partial
 relics of Lord Buddha.
Visit to Orchid Farm
lunch at a local
 restaurant
Afternoon at leisure
Overnight at Chiang Mai Plaza Hotel.
Day 10 (Wed.)

 

Chiang Mai,  free at leisure
Overnight at Chiang Mai Plaza Hotel.
Day 11 (Thurs.) Private transfer from Chiang Mai Plaza Hotel to Chiang Mai airport.
Flight back to home.
